The View On SNL

This weekend on Saturday Night Live, John McCain and his wife Cindy made an appearance on the show. But the clip I'm posting is the one of The View. Jennifer Aniston fills in for Sherry and the guest is Alec Baldwin. Well...I think they should have drop the Jennifer Aniston character and went with someone else. I thought she was doing Kirstie Alley. They had to stick someone in there since Kenan Thompson has to play every other black character on the show. He did a great Whoopi and probably could do Sherry too. He made this sketch for me.

Does McCain Want Slavery Back?

I saw this clip on Nativenotes.net from The View. Whoopi asks John McCain if we should be worried about slavery coming back. YES WE SHOULD!!! I'm glad Whoopi said something...she was reading my mind.

And what was up with McCain turning his back to Joy when she criticized him? I guess that is how he will handle all the things he doesn't want to deal. Just turn away and don't face them. PLEASE REGISTER TO VOTE!!

Adrian Grenier stops by The View today to talk about the new season of Entourage and his new show Alter Eco. Adrian starts getting a little uncomfortable as the ladies want to talk more about sex. You can't blame them for being interested. He is very cute!!

Spencer You Lie So Well....

Heidi and Spencer (from The Hills) made their way to The View. I was hoping for something more from this interview...but got the same old stuff.

The ladies of The View asked them if their relationship was real or for TV. Spencer said everything was real....of course. He lies so well!! Heidi (wearing an outfit from her Heidiwood clothing line) went on about how she was taking the high road with Lauren. She considers herself to be a role model for young women. Where is Tyra when you need her?

The View Loves Vegas

The View is in sin city this week. On today's show, the opening featured the Chippendale's. Some of the ladies (Joy & Sherri) really enjoyed having all those men around.

I just wanted to point out that every time there are topless men on the show, the black men are always next to Barbara. You go BW!! But please hook Sherri up with a man.

Dancing With The Stars Finale - Tonight!!

Tonight is the season finale for Dancing With The Stars. The final 3 contestants are Jason Taylor (football player), Cristián de la Fuente (actor) and Kristi Yamaguchi (figure skater). The winner will be announced tonight (check you local listings for times). Usher will also be performing.

To be honest I stopped watching the show after Mario was voted off. But hearing Sherri Shepherd from The View talk about Jason Taylor...maybe I should have kept watching (see clip below).

Gotta Love Sherri

If you are in NY (like me), you missed The View today because of the live coverage of the Pope. But thanks to the internet was able to watch it. This clip is really great!! I'm sure everyone will be cracking jokes but I think it's sweet. Sherri Shepherd gets emotional and starts crying during an interview with Laurence Fishburne. That would so be me up there.
