Nely You're Fired!!

Last week Vinnie resigned from the show. Taking the lose hard, Stephen Baldwin decides he can't work with Piers anymore and tells Trump he wants to resign. Trump didn't want him to quit so he moved him to the women's team. The women weren't feeling the move, but Trump told them he was the boss and Stephen would be their team. Stephen had a prior commitment and wasn't going to be there for the next challenge.

The challenge was to create a living window featuring the new Vera Wang mattress from Serta. The project manager for the women's team was Omarosa. The men's team was lead by Lennox Lewis. Lennox tells the men that they have to raise their hands to speak and asked for a vote on everything. Piers and Lennox get into it about how the team is being run. The women get frustrated with Marilu's lack of communication with the construction crew.

The challenge came down to creativity. The women did a classic window with a beautiful wedding theme. Stephen and Carol dressed as the wedding couple. The men's team used the timeless romance of Cleopatra and Marc Anthony. They put the characters in a modern setting using the mattress. It really was the best window. The men's team won the challenge with their creative take on romance. Lennox received $20,000.00 for his charity The Muhammad Ali Center.

Back in the boardroom, Omarosa wants everyone stand together as a team and not pick people to stay. But Trump tells her to pick. She selects Nely and Maryilu to comeback to the boardroom. Omarosa said that Maryilu should be fired. Trump looked to Nely as the person that had the most experience and should've known better (plus he has been wanting to fire her from the other challenges). Trump fires Nely and tells Omarosa she needs to step up. Nely's charity was Count Me In.
