Dance War Cuts The Fat

Well...I could have wrote this before the show the ending. It was like watching a badly scripted soap opera. Since the High School Musical Tour (you know some little kids were looking at the TV like who are these people) was performing I thought it might be Broadway night...but this week was Latin music night. They started off the show with the usual group performance. Carrie Ann gives her team a spa day for their hard work. Team Bruno took out time to meet kids with Down syndrome.

Bruno and Carrie Ann were having a love fest over each others teams...so much for the WAR. They went behind-the-scenes of Team Carrie Ann before the second performance. This is were the set up begins. The focus zoomed in on Allysa...Carrie Ann pointed out that Allysa was a weak link on team. Even though the team thanked Allysa for helping them with the dancing after the performance...the writing was on the wall. I think Carrie Ann made up her mind about cutting her long before they lost. Team Bruno was the last to perform...they did "Whine Up" By Kat De Luna...that was a good song for the group.

They announced the winning team: Team Bruno...finally. Bruno dropped to his knees with joy. But then it was time for Carrie Ann to eliminate someone. She was choking up as she picked Allysa and Chris to be in the bottom 2. I feel like the move to put Chris in the bottom was to make sure it looked good when they sent Allysa home. She could out sing at least 3 of the other people on the team. But 6 people in a group...that's a lot...they needed to cut the fat. The look on Allysa's face said it all as Carrie Ann picked Chris. Carrie Ann was crying...Allysa was pushing Chris away...but she still asked the fans to vote for Team Carrie Ann.

Next week is the finale...YES...it will be over. So this is the last time you can vote for your favorite team. They will also announce the new cast for Dancing with the Stars next week. Well...at least we know the winning group will be able to perform on that show.
