Roaches On A Bus
This news story gave me the creepy crawlies. A bus leaving Atlantic City on its way to New York had a few extra passengers. Those poor people were stuck on the bus with roaches coming from the seats and the ceiling. That bus driver would have to pull over and get me another way home after seeing those roaches. CRAZY!!!

Grey's Premiere -- Not What I Expected
I waited and planned my Thursday night around the season premiere of Grey's Anatomy. I was so excited to see it I didn't even want to find out what was going to happen ahead of time. My mistake!! Most of my friends that were hard core Grey's fans had forgot the show was even coming back on. That should have been my first sign. I was bored within the first few minutes. I'm sure they knew people were going to watch so they gave us the wack episode first and the episode we wanted to see (about the plane crash) next week. I blame ABC for this...especially after watching the all recap episode of Revenge for the premiere. Such a waste of my DVR space.
Back to Grey's...Killing off a few characters should be a good thing. I was kinda hoping they killed of Arizona too. I didn't care for the slow death of McSteamy. Mostly because they didn't add any eye candy with the new doctors...now we are stuck with them until its time to kill someone else off. I guess Alex will get to sleep with the whole hospital by himself. It's just a matter of time before everyone is back together at settle Grey (for better or for worse). Maybe after next week I'll be interested again. I'm feeling a little like I did with Private Practice...hopefully it will get better, watching because I feel obligated and letting episodes stay on the DVR until it starts erasing them.

Addicted To "Hollywood Heights"
Hollywood Heights is a new show on Nick @ Nite that I'm totally addicted to. I can't stop watching it. I was flipping channels one day and saw a familiar face...it was Brittany Underwood who played Langston Wilde on One Life To Live. I just want to say...I really miss One Life To Live! Brittany plays Loren Tate, an aspiring song writer, on Hollywood Heights. From the classic teen high school drama to the behind the scenes of the
music industry. There are many layers in the world of Hollywood Heights.
This show is just fun to watch.
The show incorporates more than a few pop culture references. As the show progresses you can see the cast starting to gel. Cody Longo plays a convincing rock star, Eddie Duran. One of the best casting decisions was with Eddie's father, Max Duran, played by Carlos Ponce. Cody & Carlos make a great father son team on the show. Brandon Bell brings a lot to the table as Eddie's busy manager, Jake Madsen. His character really ties in the business side to give you a fuller picture. Now the characters that you love to hate on the show, Tyler Rorke (Justin Wilczynski) and Lily Park (Tina Huang). Evil, backstabbing, and blackmail are the best way to describe how they get down on the show. Lily is the TV entertainment reporter that is climbing to the top with the secrets she knows about celebrities. Tyler is a bitter actor that is jealous of Eddie's success. We need these two to keep the drama going.
Hollywood Heights airs every week night @ 9/8c on Nick @ Nite. Check out past episodes on iTunes.
Check out the song "Hands On Me" featured in the show by Samantha Newark at www.samanthanewark.com. Samantha Newark was the voice of Jem on the 80's cartoon Jem & The Holograms.
Hollywood Heights is based on a Mexican telenovela.
