The new season of Top Chef kicked off this week. Why is it that reality show chef's always pull out truffle oil? I know someone was going to use it in the first challenge.Nimma fell short with her shrimp dish (too much salt) and was sent home. Someone had to be the first to leave...but at least she made the right dish. She was probably too laid back for this competition. I'm liking Dale and Richard so far....but that may change.
