G-I-R-L-I-C-I-O-U-S...use that in a sentence

Last night was the premiere of Pussycat Dolls Presents: Girlicious, which is a search for 3 girls to for the musical group under the name Girlicious. I really don't like this made up word. However, this group is supposed to have an different, more urban sound. Mixing trademarks of Destiny's Child (Bootylicious) with the Spice Girls (Girl Power) = more urban, Girlicious...? You figure it out.

The cast/judges have returned from first season.
Mikey is still yelling at the bad dancers. Mark McGrath is the host again. Also Ron Fair and Lil Kim have returned as judges. In Top Model fashion, Robin Antin and company already chose 15 girls from auditions, and there is one more cut to 12 girls before they are sent to the loft. With 15 girls doing interviews discussing their difficulties singing and dancing, they seriously blur together. The mid-episode challenge was to karaoke either "Fly" by Sugar Ray or Nelly Furtado's "I'm Like A Bird" who they continently just meet and stayed for their performances.

Only two girls seemed to rise to the pressure of performing in front of the original vocalists.
Carrie impressed Mark, and despite being intimidated, Ilisa gave Nelly's song a sound she- nor I or probably you as well- knew the song could have. The girls were split up into 5 groups of three, and drama drama drama. Keisha had singing issues. Jenna, who is Chelsea-part 2 from first season, got sick and sent to the hospital. Natalie was bulling weaker dancer, Charlotte.

Again I ask, are we over Girl Power?
When it came for judging, Carrie was pegged as the worst dancer but great voice, and Natalie was highlighted as one of the best dancers by Robin. She hasn't seen her attitude. It'll be Asia all over again. The three girls sent home were Keisha, Charlotte, and Kristin. Next week they get into the loft, and at least one girl can't stand Natalie already. Catch the replay after Top Model's premiere this Wednesday.
