Hey, Can You Cook?! 3

Do you think you're the best cook on your block?

The Rachael Ray Show is looking for you to send in an audition tape.

They are choosing five viewers to compete in an intense series of showdowns for Hey, Can You Cook?! 3, so Rachael wants to see what you've got! If you'd like to audition, send in a video of yourself in the kitchen showing off your cooking skills, creativity and personality.

Before you grab your camera, here's a few things you should know:

• We're looking for "non-professional" cooks - not professional chefs (we know you can cook!)
• You'll need to be available throughout October and November for show tapings
• Mini DV, DVD, VHS and Hi-8 are acceptable
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Audition submissions need to be received by Friday, October 3, 2008
• Submitted videos will not be returned and will become property of the show

Cooking With Rachael Ray

Today the final 5 contestant from The Search for the Next Food Network Star had a cooking challenge on Rachael Ray. Not only did the contestants have to cook on national TV with Rachael Ray and a live studio audience but also work with a girl scout. Here is a clip if Aaron McCargo Jr. making pizza. The winner of this challenge will be announced this Sunday on the new episode of the Next Food Network Star. The four chefs that move on will head to Vegas.
