Top Chef: New York (Season 5) has a winner. Hosea wins it all in New Orleans beating out Stefan and Carla. The new Top Chef will have a feature in Food & Wine magazine, a showcase at the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and $100,000.I was hoping Carla would have a strong finish. I think I spent most of the show screaming at the TV. CARLA don't listen to her!!! Cook your own food!! Now is not the time to try a new technique.
Hosea said he needed it more because he doesn't have his own business. I hope he puts that money to some good use. I would eat at his restaurant.
