Christina Machamer, winner of Hell's Kitchen, drops by to cook with Regis. Chef Ramsey told her to give him Hell. I think she did good job dealing with Regis. I never really thought about it but cooking risotto seems to be very hard on Hell's Kitchen. After seeing Christina cook it, I would consider trying to make it for dinner one night...but not for Chef Ramsey. The full recipe is on the Live with Regis and Kelly website.
