Tonight is the season finale for Top Chef All-Stars (10/9c on Bravo). It's down to the final 2 chefs - Richard Blais and Michael Isabella. Richard has made it to the finals before and didn't take on the top prizes. You know he is going to pull out all the stops this time around. Michael is not going to go down without a fight.
