Turns out Taylor was fired and Brad got promoted to Head of the Style Department. MAJOR!! I wonder what the full story is...but regardless I hope Taylor finds what she is looking for. And I can't wait to see Brad step up and be a leader. He really is a hard worker and now that he understands their structure he can excel.
