The newest winner of Hell's Kitchen is Dave an executive chef from Chester, NJ. Chef Ramsey called Dave the one arm bandit because he spent most of the show with his arm in a cast. If he cooks that good with a broken arm just think about what he can to with 2 good ones!! He beat out 16 other chef this season.Dave will be the new Head Chef at Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. He will join executive chef James Walt in welcoming the world during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
