Petrozza Takes The Lead

Last night was part 1 of the Hell's Kitchen finale. The finally 2 got to work on their restaurant design and menus. Then it was off to New York in a private jet. Once they arrived at Chef Ramsey's restaurant they had to cook their signature dishes. The judges of the dishes were the executive chefs from all of Chef Ramsey's restaurants around the world. Petrozza wins the challenge (clip below) and got first pick of the eliminated contestants. Next week is the final service and the winner will be announced.
