As I was watching a rerun of House yesterday, an interesting So You Think You Can Dance commercial about Comfort replacing Jessica (photo from Fox.com). I gave it the WTF response, and we at Spoil The Ending found an Entertainment Weekly blog post with more details. Basically Jessica was injured--Doctors orders--Comfort agreed to come back with Jessica's support--etc. There are no details on the injury. Really? they couldn't claim a dislocated knee or something? It is unfortunate that this happens after she got all of those harsh critiques last week. She didn't get a chance to prove herself outside of partnering with Will, and she deserved (or perhaps needed) that chance. I can't pretend that the situation not a little shady, but it's dancing-- injuries do happen. Congrats to Comfort who will take the spot on in this weeks show and on tour. Get well soon, Jessica.
