Today was the annual Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest at Coney Island. This year the rule had a slight change in the rules with the 12 minute time limit being cut to 10 minutes. With all the great eating challengers the focus was on the former champion Kobayashi and last years winner Joey Chestnut. The contest came down to a photo finish between them resulting in a tie at 59 hot dogs each. First ever tie in the history of the contest. The tie breaker was to see you could eat an additional 5 hot dogs the fastest. It was a close battle but Joey Chestnut came out on top.Congrats to Joey Chestnut!!
