Dale Cooks His Last Dish

Dale was one of my favorite chefs on Top Chef: Chicago and now he is gone. I'm very upset about this. Restaurant Wars is one of the hardest challenges for Top Chef contestants because it has a lot to do with team work. The Asian inspired menu didn't seem to impress the judges. If only Dale had won the quick fire challenge, things might have been different. Of course things would have been different...he would have had Richard on his team.

From the start of the show I liked Dale. I can't wait to see what he does next. I would go to his restaurant!! Dale, you were great and I loved watching you cook. Check out his final words. Yes...he is better than some of the chefs still on the show!!
