Toccara, former America's Next Top Model cycle 3 contestant and BET personality, graces the cover for KING Magazine (The best men's magazine ever) for the second time. Toccara shows off her new look in the May issue. The plus sized model is looking skinner and skinner every time we see her. Remember when she was on Celebrity Fit Club and she said, "But I'm still hungry."
