Bill Germanakos from Long Island, NY is "The Biggest Loser".He lost 164 pounds and won $250,000. He competed on the Black Team with his twin brother Jim. Not to be out done by his brother, Jim lost 132 pounds and won $100,000 for the most weight lost at home after being voted off the show. Now they are The Biggest Winners!!!
