Sneak Peek: Young and the Restless (Shameful Truth)

Young and the Restless is one of my favorite soaps, but what is going on with the Phillip storyline. I was so excited to have the Kane lie come out. Then I saw this preview clip. I guess I was expecting something else. I guess the writers know what they're doing.

Tyra Brings Change To Her Shows

Tyra has a lot of change coming to both of her shows. This season of America's Next Top Model (cycle 13) will be the first time girls under 5'7" could be on the show. Expect to see guest appearances from super models and reality show stars like Lauren Conrad from The Hills.

The Tyra Banks Show will also be getting a makeover. The new season will have a new set, music and topics. Tyra seems to be excited about all the changes. It should be very interesting.

Check out the interview with Tyra Banks in the clip below.

Asia Nitollano (Pussycat Doll) Dancing Back To The Knicks

Asia Nitollano, winner of The Pussycat Dolls Presents: The Search For The Next Doll, is dancing her way back to the NY Knicks. Asia is one of the 30 semifinalists for the 2009-2010 Knicks City Dancers. Shane Sparks from America's Best Dance Crew and So You Think You Can Dance was one of the judges.

Asia needs your help...Make sure your favorite KCD Top 30 finalist is still in the game after training camp - cast your Knicks City Dancers Immunity Vote now! This isn't the first time Asia has danced for the New York NBA team. She was on the squad before getting selected for the reality show.

She was my pick to win the Pussycat Dolls reality show. I really wanted to see her perform with the group. When it came out that she wasn't joining the Dolls, many of us were upset and confused. Asia was the one that decided to turn down the opportunity to join the Pussycat Dolls in order to pursue a solo career. She signed a record deal with The Inc. (Irv Gotti's record label). I was introduced to Asia a couple years ago thru PR guru Marvet Britto at the BET Awards. She was a very sweet person. I hope things work out with her singing career. Please support Asia by voting!!

Down to 12 on SYTYCD

Tonight on SYTYCD, the judges sent home Vitolio and Karla. Joining them in the bottom were Phillip, Jeanine, Kupono, and Kayla. Totally didn't call this one. Are there really that many Jason/Caitlin and Evan/Randi fans out there or did everyone assume Phillip and Jeanin were safe? Phillip and Jeanine pulled their worth, but Nigel made sure Jeanine knew that she was the best of the night. I agree. Even though Phillip danced a little "desperate," I loved it. However, I'm bias to hip hop. Kayla was critizised by not dancing from the heart, and Kupono was an earful about how he barely danced at all. In the end, Vitolio and Karla have been in the bottom too many times to be saved at that point. Next week is the last week with steady partners!

So You Think You Can Dance -- Top 14 dancers!

The competition is getting tight in So You Think You Can Dance. My favorite would obviously be Phillip & Jeanine's hip hop routine. Jeanine was noticeably better this time around and definitely kept up with Phillip. Napoleon and Tabitha made them dance while tied to a chain the whole time. Danger! Mia publicly announced that she now on pro-Brandon who had to start the show with a cha-cha. Ade and Melissa had a classical ballet routine inspired by Romeo & Juliet that the judges loved. Kayla and Kupono drew Sonya out of the hat and earned the judges praises for a second week. Randi and Evan seem to slip out of the judges' graces again. I think they are being noticibly tougher on this duo. I suppose its a good thing because they actually need to grow to compete with the other couples. At the end of the day, the judges liked their (not-by-Tyce) broadway routine. Jason and Caitlin got a quirky dance from Brian Freedman in which Caitlin had to be an alien. It was okay, but it looks lackluster after Sonya's routine. Unfoturnately, this is a couple that seems destined to dance for their lives to the top 10 cut off. Vitolio and Karla made their debut to the dreaded quickstep. Vitolio got some praises, but Karla got some criticism. At the end of the episode, I'm still puzzled who will end up in the bottom. If I had to predict, Vitolio & Karla, Jason & Caitlin, and Randi & Evan. Tune in tonight to see who's cut!
